Taneycomo fishing report

Taneycomo stream report – Tuesday 10, July 2012

Generation remains pretty much the same with water off during the night and coming on again around lunch time.

Fish are still midging and a #20 black micro tube midge pupa with a starling hackle produced some good results when the fish were hitting the surface. As always my peacock and partridge SH was a winner and coupled with the micro tube midge was getting hits on most casts. Water temperature remains at 50F and fish seem very healthy so no oxygen problems as yet. It was nice to have some slightly lower air temperatures althought the much needed rain did bring along higher humidity.

Sculpins and muddlers were the order of the day for those who like to work the bottom.
